"I have been coming here a couple of years and the service and treatment has always been great. My most recent experience there was above and beyond my expectation. Back story (not like anyone reads these), but I sat on my new glasses and shattered an arm off of them. I called in over thew weekend to explain the situation and to my surprise Patti (Spelling?) proactively reached out from my message and explained I could come right on in as she had already found the glasses in stock and gave me color choices. Talk about being ahead of thew game! To my surprise when I brought in my broken glasses and fully expecting to pay for the new frames, she said she could fix them. I am shocked because in today's world people would generally take the easier way out and charge me for a new frame, but she went above and beyond in all areas of customer service. I can't thank you enough for saving me money, and being fully prepared with backup frames regardless. Kudos Patti and thank you!"
